Order requests and acceptance

Submitting the checkout form places an order request; it does not conclude a sale. We reply by email with the confirmed price, the freight quote for your address and the payment options. A contract is formed when you accept that confirmation and payment has been arranged.

We may decline an order request — for example where the item is unavailable, where the delivery address falls outside the territories we can insure, or where a price or specification has been published in error. If we decline, nothing is owed by either side.

Prices

Prices are quoted in United States dollars and exclude shipping, and any duty, import VAT or local sales tax that applies at the destination. Every charge is shown in the written confirmation before you pay; nothing is added afterwards.

Payment

No payment is taken on this website. After your order request is recorded we contact you within one business day to arrange payment by bank transfer or by a secure card payment link issued by our payment provider.

Goods are dispatched once payment has cleared. Title to the goods passes to you on full payment; risk passes on delivery.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of cleared payment. Indicative transit times are 3–6 business days within the contiguous United States and 10–15 business days internationally. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

Inspect the shipment on arrival and report any visible transit damage to us and to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery, keeping the packaging until the claim is settled.

Home audition and returns

Residential buyers may return a projector within 30 days of delivery under the terms set out in our Return Policy. That right is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory right you have.

Warranty

Products carry a 2-year factory-direct warranty as described on the Warranty page. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or applicable state law.

Correct use

The V811 is rated for indoor and outdoor use on the mains supply stated for your region. It must be kept dry: damage caused by rain, dew, standing water or leaving the unit outdoors, by blocked ventilation, by operation on the wrong supply, or by modification or repair by anyone other than us or a service centre we appoint, is not covered by the warranty.

Specifications

Specification figures published on this site are the manufacturer’s stated ratings. Brightness is the manufacturer’s lumen rating and is not an ANSI measurement. Lifetime figures for the light source are rated values under normal use, not a guarantee of a particular number of hours. Scene images on this site are rendered illustrations; product photographs show the V811 as supplied.

We may improve a product’s specification without notice, provided the change does not materially reduce its performance.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the price paid for the goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Intellectual property

All text, photography, illustrations, diagrams and layout on virelliprojectors.com belong to Virelli Projectors or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent. Third-party service names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers keep the protection of any mandatory law of their place of residence.
