The 30-day home audition

Residential buyers may return a V811 for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, for any reason, including simply deciding it is not right for the room. Setting it up, watching it and trying it in different rooms are exactly what the window is for.

What has to come back

The projector, its remote control and every accessory that came in the carton, in the original retail carton and packing.

The projector must be in a condition consistent with normal home use. Missing accessories, a scratched lens, liquid or impact damage, or a missing carton are not, and will be reflected in the refund.

How to start a return

Email contact@virelliprojectors.com with your order number and a sentence about why the projector is going back. We reply with a return authorisation and the return address within one business day. Please do not ship anything before you have that authorisation — unannounced returns cannot be matched to your order.

Return shipping

Within the contiguous United States, Virelli Projectors covers return freight on a home-audition return and arranges the collection.

For all other destinations the return freight is arranged by us and deducted from the refund at the actual cost charged by the carrier, which is confirmed to you before collection.

Refunds

Returned projectors are inspected within 5 business days of arriving with us. Where the return is complete and undamaged, the refund is issued within 10 business days of that inspection, by the same route the payment came in.

The refund covers the price of the goods. Original outbound shipping is refunded where the return is because the goods were faulty, damaged in transit or not what was ordered.

Faulty or damaged goods

This policy sits alongside the 2-year warranty and your statutory rights; it does not replace them. If a projector arrives damaged or develops a fault, you are not limited to the audition window — see the Warranty page.

Business purchases

The home audition applies to residential purchases. Business, education, trade and dealer orders are handled under the terms agreed for that order.
