How it ships

Each V811 leaves us in its retail carton inside a protective outer shipping carton, fully insured and tracked from our door to yours.

Shipping cost

Freight is quoted for your exact address after you place an order request, because the cost depends on destination and on whether residential or commercial delivery is needed. The quote is confirmed to you in writing before payment is arranged — there are no charges added afterwards.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of cleared payment.

Contiguous United States: 3–6 business days in transit.

International: 10–15 business days in transit, plus any time the shipment spends in customs.

We ship with insured, tracked carriers such as FedEx, UPS and DHL. A tracking number is emailed on dispatch.

Business and multi-unit orders

Ordering several units for a school, an office or a venue? Say so in the order notes or write to contact@virelliprojectors.com; we quote consolidated freight and can deliver to a loading dock.

Duties and taxes

Deliveries outside the United States may attract import duty, VAT or a customs handling fee. These are set by the destination country, are payable by the recipient, and are not included in the price or in the freight quote.

On delivery

Check the carton before you sign for it. If there is visible damage, note it on the carrier’s paperwork and photograph it.

Report any transit damage to contact@virelliprojectors.com within 48 hours of delivery and keep all packaging until the claim is settled. We arrange a replacement or a repair at our cost.

Returns in brief

Residential buyers have a 30-day home audition window from the date of delivery. The full conditions are set out in the Return Policy.

Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment comes back to us because it could not be delivered after repeated attempts, or because it was refused at customs, we refund the price of the goods less the outbound and return freight actually incurred.
